You can easily place an order through our website. Add your favorite products to your shopping cart, fill in your details, and complete the payment.

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. For orders over €30, shipping is free!
How long does it take before I receive my order?
We ship orders within 5 working days. The exact delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code via email.
What if my order is damaged or delivered incorrectly?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order via info@hairissa.com with a photo of the product and packaging. We’ll work with you to find a suitable solution.

Can I return my order?
For hygienic reasons, we only accept unopened and unused products within 14 days of receipt.
How do I return a product?
Send an email to info@hairissa.com with your order number and reason for return. We will then send you further instructions.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we have received the returned product, we will refund the amount to your account within 5–7 working days.
